Production Positions & Headcount Allocation
Flat Fibre Sheet production operates on a continuous three-shift rotation. Candidates without prior experience will be considered with mandatory on-the-job training provided by the factory.

Stacker Operator
- Operate automatic sheet-stacking equipment along lines No. 3 and No. 4
- Monitor stacking accuracy, sheet count, and physical edge alignment
- Ensure continuous line operation and promptly report mechanical anomalies
Destacker Operator
- Operate equipment separating sheets and feeding them into technological line
- Maintain strict adherence to automated manufacturing cycle speed
- Prevent sheet edge chipping and monitor equipment condition during shift
Assistant Destacker Operator
- Assist lead operators in servicing and feeding raw sheet material
- Participate in equipment setup, line cleaning, and shift handover
- Strict compliance with occupational safety and plant sanitation standards
Loading / Unloading Operatives (Painting Section)
- Load sheets onto automated painting and curing conveyor lines
- Unload finished painted sheets carefully to prevent surface scratches
- Conduct visual quality control check and sorting into dispatch pallets
Employer Provisions & Legal Safeguards
All candidates deploy under bilateral contracts authorized by the Ministry of Labour of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3 working days followed by 1 rest day. Standard 12-hour shift (07:00 – 19:00) with scheduled rest breaks.
Dedicated company shuttle transportation between dormitory complexes, meal facilities, and production halls.
Comprehensive occupational health and safety (HSE) induction and technical line training provided on site.
