Deployment of 42 production specialists from the People’s Republic of China to the Kyrgyz Republic
Dear Partners,
Eurasian Consulting Agency (ECA) — a state-accredited international labor operator licensed by the Ministry of Labour of the Kyrgyz Republic — invites qualified Chinese recruitment partners to submit a commercial proposal for the deployment of 42 production specialists to a licensed industrial manufacturing site in the Chuy region, Kyrgyz Republic.
The end-user client is an industrial manufacturer of fibre-cement sheet products (flat sheets, corrugated roofing, and painted output) scaling production and seeking a stable Chinese workforce for its technological lines. All recruitment, documentation and quota work is handled by ECA under its state operator licence.

Total requirement: 42 specialists
Flat Fibre Sheet section operates on a three-shift schedule. The Painting Section requires 24 operatives distributed across three shifts of 8 workers each.
Functional Descriptions
Candidates without prior production experience will be considered. On-the-job training is provided.
Stacker Operator
- Operate automatic sheet-stacking equipment
- Monitor stack accuracy, sheet count and alignment
- Ensure continuous equipment operation
- Identify faults and alert responsible personnel
Destacker Operator
- Operate equipment separating sheets and feeding them onto the technological line
- Monitor sheet feed and adherence to the production process
- Prevent product damage during operation
- Monitor equipment condition within scope of responsibility
Assistant Destacker Operator
- Assist the operator in servicing the technological line
- Monitor sheet feed and movement
- Participate in equipment set-up
- Maintain workplace order and comply with safety requirements
Loading / Unloading Operative (Painting Section)
- Load sheets onto the painting line
- Unload finished product after the painting process
- Handle sheets carefully to prevent damage
- Visually check product integrity
- Comply with production discipline and HSE requirements
Working and Living Conditions
- Dormitory accommodation on-site
- Meals (lunch on working days)
- Transportation to and from the plant
- Initial HSE induction and safety training
- Introduction to the production process and on-the-job training
Candidate Requirements
- No prior production experience required
- Fit for physical labor and operation of production equipment
- Discipline, responsibility and strict adherence to safety requirements
- Readiness to work the stated schedule
- No medical contraindications for industrial work
